The location was unbeatable, close enough to the town center as well as Mele Cascades, Hideaway Island, ziplining, turtle feeding, blue hole, and many more. Caring staff and great breakfast with tropical fruit like and a gorgeous view and barista coffee that lived up to my expectations. The service was excellent and the pool was nice.

The staff, from the cleaners to the manager, were delightfully helpful. the rooms were well decorated with flowers, air freshener, and the usual amenities.

Friendly staff, amazing continental breakfast, beautiful bungalows, clean rooms, great for families, helpful managers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, nestled on a lagoon with stunning views. I loved waking up to the serene surroundings and being able to relax on the terrace with a beautiful garden view. The service here was exceptional, from the moment I arrived until I checked out. The staff, from the cleaners to the manager, were all friendly and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I also appreciated the wide range of amenities and services offered, such as car hire, dry cleaning, and room service. It made my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

My overwater room at Holiday Inn was fantastic. It was just a short 10-minute walk from the reception, or you could take the hotel bus. The Christmas buffet on the beach was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious food and a wonderful band playing. Bryan and Sam at the concierge were a lot of fun. I had a great stay at this beautiful resort.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Resort in Vanuatu for a relaxing family vacation. The venue was stunning, with a picturesque lagoon offering beautiful views. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. We loved taking advantage of the facilities, such as kayaking and the kids pool area. The manager, Rashmi, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treated us like family. The spacious room and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The kids club had great hours and facilities, keeping our little ones entertained. The staff were also very helpful when our flight was cancelled, assisting us with alternative arrangements.

The staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a selection of options, including refreshing coconut water. The resort also offers a range of water sports and two swimming pools for guests to enjoy.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited breakfast choices, with the same food being served every day.

Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff's thoughtful gestures, such as decorations and free champagne to celebrate our anniversary.

While the overwater villa was roomy and private, the staff seemed flustered and were not particularly friendly. We also found the food to be bland and overpriced, and had to repeatedly ask for simple things like water for our table.
