The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to

make our stay memorable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches during our meals. However, the room could benefit from a bit of modernization to enhance comfort.

Rooms may feel a bit dated with maintenance issues like sliding doors off their tracks and dim lighting. The dining options lean towards mediocre. while breakfast shows promise, other meal experiences don’t match that quality. The peculiar layout of the property means getting around can be a hassle, especially during busy meal times when the courtesy bus is less available. Expect noise from neighboring rooms and corridors, which might disturb a serene evening. Additionally, swimming in the lagoon isn't an ideal option as it's not sandy or particularly clean.

I had a fantastic time staying at a tranquil resort just a short stroll from Chief Roi Mata's Domain and the Cathedral of Port Vila, making my city explorations absolutely enjoyable and enriching. plus, the staff made me feel extremely welcome and valued during my stay.
